About Rob Patterson
Raised in the Philadelphia suburb of Swarthmore, Rob is a graduate of the University of Virginia and William & Mary Law School. Though still a member of the Virginia Bar, he left the practice of law in Washington, DC in 1979 to pursue his long affair with sailing full time. For almost a decade he sailed, chartered and lived aboard his 40 foot sailboat in the Bahamas, Caribbean and Maine before settling in Maine in 1986. Rob has been active in real estate brokerage for more than 12 years, establishing his own firm in 1992. Rob enjoys helping others who share his appreciation for Maine to find just the right property.
