Rob Patterson
Raised in the Philadelphia suburb of Swarthmore, Rob is a graduate of the University of Virginia and William and Mary Law School. He left the practice of law in Washington, DC in 1979 to pursue his long affair with sailing full time. For almost a decade he sailed, chartered ,and lived aboard his 40-foot sailboat in the Bahamas, Caribbean, and Maine before settling in Maine in 1986.
Rob has been active in real estate brokerage for more than 20 years, establishing his own firm in 1992. In 2001 he became a member of the Maine Bar to better serve the needs of his real estate clients before and after the acquisition of a Maine property. Rob enjoys helping others who share his appreciation for Maine to find just the right property.
